In the rush of everyday life, it’s easy to feel disconnected from our bodies, our presence, and our energy. We get used to moving through the world on autopilot, often unaware of our physical body in space, or the relationship between the breath and our overall health, focus, and energy.
In this class, we’ll use the breath as a power source to guide our movement and build our holistic energy. Through the practice of Tai Chi Qigong 18 Form, we’ll connect to our bodies, cultivate Qi— “vital energy” or “life force,”—and discover the practice of returning to inner stillness.
By intentionally syncing slow stretches and movement with elongated, deepened breath, we will learn to cultivate, balance, and move Qi throughout the entire body—promoting vibrant health, nervous system regulation, stress relief, and physical equilibrium.
This practice will begin our journeys into deep-felt body awareness, connection to the breath, and crucial energy balance, focus, and restoration.
This class is open to anyone who’s curious about the topic! We offer sliding-scale rates to expand access to those with financial barriers.
