Wheel of Consent: Getting More of What We Want
Why can it feel so hard to verbalize our wants and needs? What does it mean to be embodied in our yes’s and no’s? This practice helps us get comfortable advocating for ourselves, setting boundaries, expressing our desires, and accepting them when they come to us.
Fireside Chats
A warm, casual gathering amongst friends, made for open conversation, experience sharing, and mutual support in a soft environment. We’ll muse on what we share, the differences we hold, and what we’re navigating on any particular day.
Intro to Rope
Rope is a doorway into embodiment, play, expression, and connection. This hands-on class will explore safety, negotiation, hands-on practice, and communication through rope.
