The Truth & Lies of STIs

“Don’t have sex, because you will get pregnant, and die.”

Many of us know the iconic line from Mean Girls, and most of us have suffered at the hands of abstinence-only Sex Ed.

In this class, poly and kinky medical professional, Nova, will cover nine of the most common STIs, discuss their routes of transmission, and help us better understand the treatment or management of these bugs.

Together, we’ll debunk rampant myths, discern fact from fiction, and share scientifically derived information that will allow you to build your risk profile in sex, kink, and polyamory.

There will be dedicated time for Q&A, so please bring your thoughts, curiosities, and questions (that you may have been too scared to ask your doctor)!

This is a VIRTUAL event and will be held over Zoom! This class is open to anyone who’s curious about the topic! We offer sliding-scale rates to expand access to those with financial barriers.
